Responsible for planning process, define and realize a marketing policy for the product creation, such that the budgeted targets, as volume and profit (margins), can be realized with and through the defined sales channels.
Support and guide the Product Creation Process by market research, the definition of commercial requirement specifications and product specifications.
Set up and execute road maps for the introduction of new products or updates and the phasing-out of existing products in such a way that an optimal product portfolio is available on the market in time and with low costs of stock.
Define the marketing communication plan and budget and make sure that the MarCom deliverables, like packaging, manuals and product information, is available in the required languages, in order to successfully introduce and promote products and compete with the competitors.
Develop sales plans in cooperation with the sales channels and key accounts in order to maximize the support to the sales process and set prices, margins and product positioning and to define sales training and sales support.
Contribute to the definition of the strategy and goals of the product creation unit, so that all business processes can be optimized and aligned to maximize the performance.
Define and manage the marketing budget for , manage the marketing team and develop the members the marketing team, in order to keep a high professional contribution to goals of the product creation unit.
