Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible for developing business in the European Market

2. Maintain existing business and develop new customers & business in Europe

3. Coordinate with customer support, factory, logistics in India for monitoring supply chain of order to customers

4. Achieve targets for existing & new products in volume and value in Europe

5. Coordinate with existing agents/consultants/distributors in these markets to maximize business

6. Responsible for commercial negotiations and pricing decisions with customers

Key Competencies (Functional)

- Product Knowledge & experience in handling sales of packaging material, experience in export market dealings with people from various cultures, overseas work experience with add value, Knowledge of exports logistics, supply chain, documentation and regulations, willing to travel extensively without the need to relocate family

Key Competencies (behavioral)

- Self directed & passionate to develop & grow a new market and business, inter personal skills to work and coordinate with the sales team in India, Learning attitude to understand the European market from out existing partners and buildup relations with customers, Having an open mind and attitude to explore opportunities and build up business for our new products.
