Job Description

Responsible for driving the rural Sales volumes of the region with consistent focus on rural sales growth and penetration to enable retails growth

Design and implement innovative consumer schemes for focus potential segments

Drive monthly schemes for the region through panchayat and rural offers to ensure varied customer base and segments are tapped in rural markets

Ensure appointment and retention of resident dealer sales executives in every tehsil and potential villages as per business plan and market potential indicators through dealers
