Key Responsibilities in product development retail finance international TA
Responsibilities will include :
Feasibility and pre-feasibility analysis, evaluation of business case, investment analysis. Conduct deep dive studies as and when required. Projects related to contracts, sales and after sales business, fleet management, Key accounts etc.
Project Management :
Project and stakeholder management, working with international business units including distributors and financiers. Monitoring and reporting of project status.
Carry out market assessment on different topics. Meeting and working closely with distributor, financiers during market visits. Working with regional teams of sales and after sales on different topics. (both domestic and exports)
Preparation of reports for management review and analysis. Suggest new initiatives for company which can improve profitability. Coordination with different business units.
MBA (2 years full time) with specialization in Marketing or Finance or International Business from tier 1 colleges only with consistent academic record
2 - 6 years of relevant experience preferably in auto / financial services / manufacturing. Should have good understanding of business
Candidates from consulting and market research firms are also eligible.
Good analytical skills, good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
Excellent communication skills, able to communicate effectively with stakeholders
Strong project management skills, including planning and tracking
Candidate should be willing to travel (20% International, 10% domestic)
