The incumbent will be looking after labour law compliances for temp and perm staff on pan India basis including but not limited to PF, ESI. CLRA, Bonus, Professional tax, LWF and all other applicable labour laws, Drafting and Vetting of Legal documents, contracts, licences , Tax related laws. Providing support to internal User Departments on compliance and legal issues, provide support to internal User Departments on labour law and legal issues. Also the incumbent will ensure compliance with respect to companies Act , FEMA etc
Labour Law compliance's
Compliance of all labour law compliances,
Filing of remittances and returns with labour authorities pertaining to PF, ESI, Professional tax, LWF, Bonus, CLRA and other labour laws
Managing audits on labour compliance's with Statutory authorities and handling internal customer audits
Liasoning with various labour authorities, labour courts etc.
Provide support to internal User Departments on compliance and legal issues proactively and keep them informed of their legal responsibilities and compliance's to be made Legal
Handling litigation's at Statutory Authorities, District Courts and High Courts in such a way to protect company's interest.
Drafting & Vetting of Legal documents, Commercial contracts, Property and license agreements, Laws relating to taxes.
Co-coordinating all legal matters
Also responsible for company secretarial compliance's under the companies Act and FEMA etc.
