Role & Responsibilities are as below :-
Recruitment and induction: Responsible for managing full life cycle of recruitment, process ardenence and getting the right people at the right time. Completing joining formalities for all new hire, Scheduling and conducting the Induction/Orientation Programs for smooth transition of new entrants, Co-ordination with the training department for conducting training programs for the new entrants. Preparing and issuing Appointment letter.
Compensation Benefits & Payroll: Responsible for overall management of payroll which includes employee creations, salary inputs, salary revision/promotion/transfer details and other salary and employee related information. Ensuring completion of all year ending activities. Adhering to Statutory Compliances like PF, ESIC, Bonus and gratuity. Management of Reimbursements and other benefits (LTA, Medical Reimbursement, etc.)
Performance Management Systems (PMS) & Implementation: Handling Performance Management & Employee Development System, including the probation appraisal. Coordinated and driven Performance management activities and employee surveys. Compile all data needed for the annual salary review, and the annual performance appraisal analysis. Incorporate changes in the appraisal methodology as per the Company requirement.
Human Resource Information System & MIS: Maintain up-to-date recruitment progress report, talent database and all related staffing communication for smooth running of the Human Resources Information System. Monitor & Ensure Regular and timely update of database for personnel records (personal details, position, salary, appraisal outcomes, and leave records) for correct and just-in-time information required on employee status. Ensuring all employee personal files are updated with necessary documentation. Preparing HR review reports related to Headcount, Attrition, and Hiring etc.
Exits & Separation: Review exit interviews and related tasks. Ensuring relieving documentation & deactivation of employee access to corporate network and completion of exit formalities and recording of documentation. Analyze attrition data and develop strategies to manage and reduce the attrition. Ensure F & F settlements for ex employees are processed within prescribed timelines.
Other job activities :
Grievances Handling: Act as an interface between the Employees and the Management and sort out the grievances effectively, promote community and welfare developmental activities.
Policies / Procedures: Successfully implement company policies and take disciplinary action under Standing Orders.
Welfare Activity: Responsible for organizing events in corporate office on various festivals and occasions.
Administration Activities: Managing administration activities in coordination with the admin team.
