Responsible to develop, manage and monitor the performance of multi-skilled work force and ensure smooth implementation ER functions.
Developing, redesigning and implementing ER & Admin policies and processes; attending and resolving employees issues regarding policies.
Educating and assisting employees on sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality and provide support.
Leading Idea Generation & Best Practices Projects such as Career Counseling, Employee Satisfaction Survey, Ethics, Learning & development projects, Knowledge Sharing, Supervisory development program, Work Life Balance & Best Employer AssessmentGreat Place to Work.
Will be involving in the setting up green field project & responsible for setting up Culture Building, Employee Engagement, Attrition, Absenteeism, Discipline, Local wage Survey, Union Agreement Survey, CSR Activities.
Handling Employee Grievance, Budget Monitoring, Monitoring of Salary , Wages & stipend ,Implementation of new ER policies, Statutory Compliances, Handling IR & Disciplinary Issues, Member of Team for Union Negotiation.
Candidate must have minimum of 10 to 16 years of experience in Employee Engagement.
Ideal candidate would have proven track record of setting up the ER process and policies, inputs and designing and implementing.
Hands on experience in grievance handling, employee engagement and CSR activities.
Proactively achieve the given target schedule.
Goals oriented, punctuality and commitment with quality
