The Legal manager needs to drive legal contract & agreements across divisions. Excellent experience in manufacturing organization and should possess strong Secretarial Practices and have good command over commercial laws.
- Manage Company Law administration, Board Meetings, Audit Committee meetings,
- Vetting of Legal contracts & agreements
- Drive the consistency of the terms & conditions for all the commercial contracts; works towards mitigation of the expousre
- Relevant experience in a manufacturing organization. Secretarial Practices, commercial laws.
- Additional skills in Finance, Accounts areas will be a desirable advantage but not mandatory.
- Maturity in communicating & understanding communication, High level of target orientation with good quality written & spoken communication skills.
- Should have the ability to enforce compliance among senior management team members in a tactful manner, presentable, have corporate etiquettes. Good interpersonal relationship, Soft but still assertive. Should be hands on person with good computer skills with mastery over MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint etc kind of office automation skills.
- Should have a business mind & able to grasp Business nuances quickly.
- Ability to discuss with Advocate & Solicitors independently on Legal & Secretarial matters.
- Candidate should be smart, aggressive and dynamic person with strong leadership & managerial qualities.
