Job Description

1.Organisation structure formulation for new operations
2.New manpower requisition & hiring
3.Manpower Joining formalities & Personnel files maintenance
4.Time office management
a) Staff & Workers Attendance verification
b) Daily Attendance & Overtime Reporting
c) Leave management
5.PAYROLL processing & management - Salary & OT preparation
6.Statutory Compliances, PF, ESI, Gratuity
7.Training & development
8. Drafting and vetting of all types of contractual agreements including retailing, distribution, NDAs, banking, sourcing agreements, sales contracts, lease, tenders, MOUs, work orders.
9.Responsible for legal compliance and proceedings, Viz., initiate disciplinary actions on case to case basis, employee counselling, grievance handling, etc.
