Create & manage HR guidelines & HR handbooks; actively engage with all levels of managers to create alignment and implementation
* Design, plan, and implement compensation and benefits programs & participate in compensation surveys .
You have worked in an HR/CHR role for at least 8-10 years at a top-tier technology firm
* You (preferably) have a relevant post graduate degree (MBA/Masters in an HR discipline)
* You have managed teams of associates and/or TLs previously
