Manpower projection . Take HR interviews in hiring freshers (on & off campus recruitments) and experienced professionals (range of technologies).
Identify talents from learning centers; apportion them to Innovation Labs across locations (India).
Own Research Internship (end to end); take interns from grade Apool and ensure stipend payout.
Weekly-Monthly-Quarterly Recruitment: Responsible for meeting regional manpower requirement. Analysis & review of manpower requirement, influencing quarterly & monthly hiring decisions.
Team Management : Assigning hiring targets of team members, ensuring congenial team atmosphere and performance management.
Vendor Management: Interfacing role with Placement Agencies. Sharing niche skill requirements to the right vendors and closely monitoring quality of resumes & hit ratio. Ensuring payment compliance.
Planning & Execution: Using analytics to understand current as well as future manpower needs. Meeting with business teams, placement agencies and internal team to arrive at plan of action.
Competency Development Manager : Role & Competency profiling, designing Learning Cards and Competency Assessment & Succession Analysis (CASA), review nominations for conference / seminar.
Performance Management SPOC : Ensure quality goal setting and performance evaluations of employees by their Appraisers & Reviewers, review & facilitate promotion recommendation in SPEED.
Employee Satisfaction Owner : PULSE (annual satisfaction survey of employees), construct & deploy dipstick surveys to understand employees better, make action plans and drive it till closure.
Current designation should be Manager on paper.
Should have to be flexible in travelling.
