Job Description

Measure performance of the team for e.g. performance appraisals, confirmation & ongoing feedback & training,
Build effective vertical & horizontal communication channels,
Provide efficient leadership to the team,
Formulate long term plans for the teams.
Candidate should have bulk hiring experience
Should have at-least 6-8 of years recruitment experience of which 1 year should be in the role of a Manager
Should have managed a team of AMs/TLs,
Should have understanding of the BPO Vendors
Open to travel
