a. HR professional with relevant experience in manufacturing sector.
b. Ability to understand position requirements in a manufacturing setup.
c. Manpower planning for various functions and departments various levels in the organization.
d. Formalizing the manpower plan with HR Head and management, identifying position requirements, define Job descriptions based on the same for best fitment of candidate(s).
e. Manage the entire process of identifying channels of sourcing, managing interviewing, selection and induction.
f. Design and implement a campus & non-campus recruiting program as per organization requirement.
g. Manage the entire life cycle from identifying a job opening to hiring the matching candidate.
MBA (HR) is preferred though not essential. Technical qualification (BE / Btech. Mech./ Prod would be an added advantage).
8 to 12 years of experience in HR function in a leading Manufacturing Company.
