Job Description


FULLTIME MBA HR from a tier 1 institute with 8 years plus post qualification with HR generalist exp. Preferred from BIG4/ Banking/ ITES/Service Industry only.

Talent/HR Operations

Offer- releasing offer & appointment letters for the selected candidates
Joining/Induction- managing joining formalities and induction program for new joinees
Back ground Verification-getting education, employment & criminal checks done for the new joinees & current employees
Transfer/Deployment- managing end to end transfer and deployment for the employees as and when required by Business
Exit formalities- processing the exit formalities, conducting exit interviews, processing full & final settlement(FFS), issuing relieving letter to the exit employees, recovery of assets and receivables from absconding employees
Database Management- managing array of details with respect to the employees to develop a set of employee database to make it robust; monitoring data updation in HR tool for different locations
Vendor Management-taking control of end to end vendor invoice processing to meet the timelines of payment & monitor the payment details
HR letters- managing the issuance of Address proof, Employee proof, No objection letter, job description letter etc
Employees Request/ Query- handling all kinds of employee requests for various kind of HR letters or other documents or handling technical issues like names changes in the software or simply directing the professionals to the right person
Process Improvement- finding gaps in HR process and then working on the best practice in terms of less time & better quality deliverable


Performance Appraisal

Counselor /Mentor Allocation- allocating counselor for all the employees to assist employee in carving the career path in the firm and supporting them to grow, acting as a mentor in goal setting process and performance review
Goal Setting- managing & monitoring the goal setting of the employees in liaison with the goal setting discussion with the counselor across all locations; assuring the closure of goal setting discussion and simultaneous closure of goals in HR tool
Mid-year/Annual performance review- facilitates & conducts end to end consensus meeting for the performance discussion of the employees across locations. Advise business on the promotion & rating of the employee; Assuring that consensus meeting closes with definite agreement on promotion & rating instead of leaving the discussion in ambiguity
Feedback & Appraisal communication-facilitate the feedback sessions and appraisal communique to the employees; conducting the sessions across South location for proper communication of rating, promotion & increment; to assess the process in a better way-taking feedback from the employees on the discussion session & incorporating the viable suggestions to make the future feedback sessions robust
Appraisal letters- monitoring the authenticity & issuance of the appraisal letters uploaded on the HR tool and proper communique to the employees
Performance Improvement Plan(PIP)- managing & conducting PIP for employees who have fallen short of achieving the assigned goals, assessing the development areas & facilitating the required trainings; reviewing the improvement along with the respective business & taking a call on employee retention or counsel out

Talent Management and Engagement

Reward & Recognition(R&R)-facilitating and Managing half yearly, yearly award;
Conceptualized the idea of spot awards-to reward the employee and appreciate the work done on client projects
Team Get together- organize & facilitate the get together parties to facilitate ice-breaking session among the teams & managers
Team synergy workshops- organizing the workshops consisting of team building exercise, quizzes, games to enhance synergy in the team; forming teams consisting of employees from different business areas to develop the feeling of harmony and a better sense of business understanding
Talent Survey-conducting survey across organization to get a feedback on HR processes, counselor feedback, check on the employees satisfaction level; present the top three concerns of employees to the management and spearhead the team towards solution
Employee participation Ideating- have created a blog where people can come up with ideas of process improvements & best idea which is feasible and accepted by the firm is rewarded; they can also share their hobbies on the blog in terms of poetry writing, sketching, painting, cooking tips, fashion tips etc in a way encouraging employees to network more and create eminence
