Job Description

Educational Qualification required: - Graduate / Preferably MBA

Professional Qualification required: - Should necessarily be from Outdoor industry with experience of Business Development and Sales ( IMPORTANT )

Special Requirements: - Very sound negotiation skills, Good network in the Outdoor and with vendors and good in sales and client Acquisition.

- Formulate campaign strategy and plans as per Brief
- Ability and willingness to learn new mediums and integration i.e.: Digital & OOH
- Media Evaluation and negotiation skills
- Effective user of planning tools
- Mining & Understanding of Data
- Ability to use data for Strategy / pitch / Review Presentation & derive answers to clients queries
- Resourcefulness & Leadership capabilities
- Business development
Sound knowledge of marketing communications, not necessarily outdoors

-Ability to ideate
-Should be a guy his team can respect in terms of his earlier work
-Command over MS PowerPoint
-Excellent interpersonal skills
