Job Description

Region - APAC and allied markets.
Reporting to APAC CFO. In addition, this role will work closely with India CFO for special assignments.
Span of Control - Mostly operate as Individual contributor. Designation Sr. Manager, FPA
Requires deep understanding and knowledge of Financial services industry
Interaction with Senior stake holders Sub-Regional CFOs, LOB heads and Senior members in finance team within region and corporate office

End to end responsibility of:

o Consolidation and analysis of sub-region Actuals, Estimates, Outlook, forecast, budgets, Capex, Headcount, Sales pipeline, Opex Costs and other operating reports
o Monthly outlook process and other critical MIS / Analysis
o drive preparation, consolidation and analysis of monthly corporate reports post close
o preparation of key management review deck for monthly reviews
Identify and enable opportunities for automation, process enhancement and reduce preparation time to allow more time for analysis.
Support Inorganic initiative across APAC and allied markets and work closely with Sub-regional CFOs. Participation in due diligence process and integration activities on need basis
Support India market CFO for special project initiatives, Commercial finance and bid pricing for large RFPs, Financial planning and analysis on need basis, other adhoc projects
Standardise and implement best practices across sub region, market
Adaptability to work in different time zones

Candidate Profile:

o Chartered Accountant or MBA finance with at least 10-12 years of progressive experience across finance functions like business / financial planning, CFO support, reporting
o Must have worked in a senior role in last 1-2 years
o Excellent financial analysis and management reporting background. Able to synthesize complex data and provide business insights / analysis. Attention to detail.
o Excellent presentation skills. Ability to communicate effectively
o Experienced in Microsoft office Excel, word, powerPoint
o Highly motivated, participative team player with a change agent mentality
o Prior Knowledge of Oracle Hyperion Finance Module will be an added advantage
