Job Description:

1. Project Management Design and Integrate various processes under this tower, stabilize and improve them to ensure efficiencies in delivery to stakeholders

2. SLA Management Ensure adherence to the agreed SLA with the stakeholders for all management accounting operations Review and assist in preparation of deliverables as agreed with the stakeholders

3. Continuous Improvement Identify areas of improvement in existing processes to ensure better SLA delivery and hence have satisfied stakeholders and build credibility with them Provide necessary due diligence (governance) in reviewing financial statements and driving continuous improvement projects for improved reporting

4. People Management Ensure a right sized team availability in terms of headcount, skills, relevant knowledge and experience Manage performance of the team by setting standards for performance and motivating team to achieve beyond these standards Have a view and information on the skills and knowledge gaps of team and plan for training, cross skilling and up-skilling of all team members for current and future needs Create an environment for continuous learning by providing a business overview to team and motivate to keep knowledge of accounting principles and current practices relevant to UK Plan and implement engagement and retention initiatives (including rewards)

5. Stakeholder Management Ensure value addition to stakeholders by providing insights on trends/data that are available on business accounts and thus act as experts in the area of existing accounts with Company's PFA team e.g. monthly COO packs Ensure timely information to stakeholders by anticipating business changes and providing data to help take right business decision Create superior rapport with stakeholders and ensure constant flow of information in areas of processes improvements, other projects and be able to sight new business opportunities

The role of Senior Manager requires the incumbent to support the delivery of relevant, timely and accurate reporting of financial management information to stakeholders.
