Roles and Responsibilities:-
The following will be the job responsibilities:
Proactively formulate the best Employee Engagement policies for the plant and drive the implementation of these policies.
Understand dynamics of the business. Align the employee engagement initiatives to create an effective organization
Understand changes in the legal & statutory arena. Translate the changes into the implications for the company and proactively implement remedial measures.
Create platform for quick resolution of critical employee grievances
Motivate and influence the workmen, reinforce the companys cultural priorities and enable an ever-learning organization
Influence the top management of the company and introduce various policies and measures to improve the overall effectiveness of the organization
Devise and deploy employee and team recognition schemes in line with the latest trends in the market
Conduct annual and half yearly communication sessions. Provide information to workmen on the achievements and future priorities
Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of various employee welfare measures.
