1. Job Purpose Statement

To look after Compliance related to Companies Act 2013.
Listing Agreement, SEBI and other regulatory (RBI)

2. Duties and Responsibilities

Preparing agenda, notices, minutes for Board and other Committee meetings of listed companies

Maintaining records, statutory register and filings as per Companies Act
Listing agreement and SEBI
Timely compliance's under various regular requirements
Filing various forms with ROC

3. Key Challenges

Drafting of Agenda, Notices, Minutes (fluent in English)
Timely compliances under various acts
Good drafting skills

4. Job Requirements

Professional Qualification

Company Secretary having membership number of ICSI Knowledge
Knowledge of Secretarial work but not limited to Companies Act
SEBI Regulations and other Acts Skills & Attitude
Microsoft Office 4
Proficient with internet applications
