The job role would involve:
-handling HR Generalist Functions
-Handling Unions, Signing of Wage settlements, Statutory compliance, Union negotiations, Liasoning with government bodies
-Managing employee requests and queries
The candidate Should possess:
- good Exp of working in factory HR & IR/ER exposure in a Plant/Manufacturing unit.
-exposure to various Labour Laws and Acts, etc.
-good communication skills (English & Gujarati)
