Handling IR & HR role. Implementing ER strategy/policies for the plants. Continuous support to plants in terms of ER Deliverables. Contract labor management, Employee welfare pertaining to Statute company. knowledge of labor laws& liaison, handling the employee strength of 1500 employees.
Will be heading the plant activities
The job will be divided in to 40% Human Resource & 60% Industrial Relation role in the organization
Working in close coordination with Management for providing business solutions for development and management of workforce including full life cycle of HR processes.
Initiate new recruitment and selection strategy
Streamlined HR policies / practices / processes / systems related to improving the work environment and overall organizational productivity .
Performance Management System: Facilitate design of individual Key Result Areas (KRAs) and position based Competency Framework , aligned to organizational objectives .Coaching managers on performance & competency evaluation, and performance feedback.
Introduce performance based compensation packages and administration of flexible benefits programs.
Handling negotiating with unions
Conducting domestic inquiries
