Compensation & Benefits

Introduction/alternation of components for tax optimization and compliances
Merit Salary increase preparation: Market Data from vendor, Role Mapping, Data preparation
Review of existing incentive scheme of key business to align with market trends and revised pay
Pay Review for critical role holder across organization
Pay ranges alignment keeping with needs of upcoming business changes and revision of pay
Set up framework for grade changes and annual increments with linkage to QPA under promotion policy
Benefits Administration review of existing Silver/Gold/Platinum card and negotiation with vendors for health benefits for employees
Performance Management Systems - Conceptualized and set up process for unique Quarterly Performance Appraisal to set organization wide Performance Management Systems. Completed execution for 3 Quarters covering 11,000 employees in each cycle.
Ensured submission of Executive Workforce Analytics to Top Management for quickly identifying workforce trends, share key insights and leverage the power of HR data for fund approval using key indices like Pyramid Analysis, Ratio analysis, Ageing, Expense comparator etc

In addition, directly managing human resources including payroll, compliances and key recruitments (like CHAMP program) for Strategic Management Group

HRIS Implementation for on roll employees

Developed customized report as per the business needs in SAP
Launched HRIS system, Vpeople. Completed process mapping/data mapping inclusive of Leave Mgmt and PMS Mgmt. Ensured data sanctity by putting systematic checks and trained all HR team members on all the process

Employee Feedback and communication

Executed online employee feedback survey for d2h and Mobile Handset Company. Response rate more than 92%. Launched interventions like Work Life Balance policy etc
