Job Description

Division / Business Unit: Accounts

Industry Type: Its Automotive Manufacturer industry

Location : Baroda Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:-

Manage accounting maintain full and accurate accounting records.
Conduct Accounting analysis and prepare detailed Accounting reports and systems.
Monitor company spending and recommend corrective actions if necessary.
Prepare annual budget and forecasts aligned to strategic plan in accordance with the guidelines.
Should be able to take care of the total financial systems of the organization, project finance, taxation, insurance, budgetary controls, secretarial, corporate and legal matters.
Coordinating with Management & Business Heads to ensure synergies for maximizing efficiency of funds.
Heading Financial Controlling, MIS, Budgeting and Statutory Compliance.
Ensuring project wise maximum recoveries comparing past performances and forecasting
Ensuring timely financial support for various projects on a time to time basis.
Statutory compliance under various legislation applicable to the company , including, but not limited to those applicable to - Income Tax, Companies Act, Service Tax, and other corporate laws as and when they become applicable to the company operations.
Projecting short term and long term cash flow for decision making.

Experience:
10-15 years in automotive industry.
Must have at least 2 3 years of experience in similar leadership role.
Education

Candidate must be have B.COM/ M.Com / ICWA / CA Inter


Competency Skills :

Should have excellent experience in finance and accounting activities.
Good knowledge about taxation, auditing and accounts is desirable.
Able to lead the team effectively.
Should have good communication and managerial skills.
