Job Description

Job Description : 
* Responsible to get the audit of books of accounts of the Company including implementation of internal control systems in various fields of organization
* Should have complete knowledge of Sales to cash, Procure to pay, sales tax, VAT, excise, Customs, all direct taxes & In direct taxes.
* Responsible to get the audit of books of accounts of the Company including implementation of internal control systems in various fields of organization
* Oversee accounting & ensure timely posting of all transactions, preparation of management accounts
* Ensure internal controls processing and internal audits on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
* Implementing systems, procedures & manuals for preparation & maintenance of statutory books of accounts & financial statements, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
* Administering complete planning and management activities for ensuring completion of various types of audits within the time and cost parameters.
* Supporting the top management in the financial management of company. Providing regular reports to specified functional management, detailing key metrics, including full analysis, trends and variance to targets.
* Preparing various management reports.
* Managing the external and internal audits including the review and testing of internal controls. Providing input into areas of risk and improvements to internal audit programme.
* Provides analytical support to the management and continually improves our financial systems and data.
* To handle overall costing, stock records & ensure internal control

* Good in Verbal & written communication
* Pleasing personality with enthusiasm
* Excellent communication, written, interpersonal & follow up skills.
* High on leadership traits
* Should be able to handle all day to day issues smoothly and with tact.
* Should be well versed with MS - Office packages (MIS)
