Job Description

Required Knowledge/Skill:

1. Payroll Domain (Life cycle of Payroll)
2. Current Statutory (PF,ESI, PT & IT calculations)
3. Knowledge on Statutory Return Filing
4. Exposure to Payroll or HRIS product (Payroll processing experience , Payroll implementation)
5. Previous training and/or implementation experience
6. Leave & attendance management



OR

1. Any Software Implementation (Preferred Skills: Customer handling, communications, requirement gathering, implementation, data porting, working for closure, convincing customer to work with a work-around, good writing and reporting skills, etc.)
Duties & Responsibilities

1. Client requirements gathering/Data collection
2. Analyze client requirements and consult with internal project team, development, or SME where appropriate to identify best solution
3. Implement the module as per the project plan
4. Problem analysis and resolve client issues with the aid of available helpdesk tools
5. Answer phones calls/email and provide excellent customer service in a timely and efficient manner
6. Train the customer/end user on GreytHR
7. Get UAT (User Acceptance Test) from customer
8. Ensure accurate call comments are entered as per standards or checklist
9. Ensure call standards are maintained with respect to greeting, problem identification, proposed solution and conclusion.
10. Appropriate information is provided in escalated calls for support to resolve client requirements
11. Take active participation in training and knowledge enhancement
12. Daily project update in goal sheet
