Job Description

- Strategic Talent Acquisition role
- Employer Branding / Campus Recruitment
- HR Projects
- Lead delivery of end to end Recruiting service across all hiring levels, including branding, sourcing, and contracting
- Manage resource allocation within the recruitment team
- Measure, assess and continuously improve the effectiveness of the Recruitment team
- Working with preferred list of vendors and continuous process monitoring through vendor evaluations and management
- Sourcing specialist(s) to embed best practices of talent acquisition process
Experience:
- Exposure in handling the hiring of mid to senior level positions
- Hiring Head experience in renown brand from top B-school, hands-on hiring experience as both individual contributor and team manager
- Strong orientation towards analytic and data analysis.

2 yrs full time MBA HR with Lateral and Campus hiring experience, an ability to lead, demonstrate leadership for Pan India Hiring on key roles strong personality and excellent communication and presentation skills
