Knowledge, Skills and Experience
a) Should have a Professional qualification in area of Finance and Controlling.
b) Should have 5-7 years of strong business domain and SAP experience across multiple business functions (FI/CO/PS/International Taxation)
c) Strong Implementation experience is SAP across Multiple SAP Modules. At least 5- 6 implementation Projects is a must
d) Exposure to global projects, worked in global support center (ie, sensitivity to cross cultures, time zones, etc)
e) Strong experience in SAP Project Management methodology
f) Strong knowledge and experience in areas of integration with MM, SD and PP.
To Lead REMSC Functional SAP Practice in area of Finance and Controlling, providing SAP solutions which are robust and support smooth execution of business operations across FI/CO/PS modules.
Understanding of the business need and definition of the best IS solution.
Continuous dialog with the business and Demand Management
Delivery of Solution Design that are best fit to meet the requirements
Safeguarding & evolution management of the Template
Innovation & Vision
Responsible for the governance of Module Working Group
Perform pre-study( evaluation) on new initiatives of REMSC in domain
Responsible for career planning of Finance Functional Consultant community
Develop SAP competencies of team
Time to time review new business functionalities and motivate cluster team to review applicability to business needs and deploy the same in SAP.
Planning and organizing resources needed to support the Functional team to design solutions from time to time.
Address the ERP manager, SAS Center and Controlling Centers from time to time on functional aspects covering Trouble shooting to new functionalities for use.
Maintain relationship and continuous dialogue with business community
Liaison with other Pillar Leaders in REMSC to address service delivery requirements.
Work closely with the Functional practice lead to support deliverables to business from adhering to REMSC deliverables to business.
Work with Global teams on Group IS initiatives from time to time to align and streamline business operating Models.
a) Responsible for all functional Modules from FI,CO, PS,
b) These Functional Modules covers/caters to business operations of SAS region and the countries of IMA region using REMSC services
c) The role is responsible for 4-5 Cluster consultants (Direct reports).
d) This is a very senior position and needs good leadership skills.
e) Must communicate well and with clarity.
f) Able to engage independently with country finance leadership.
g) Should have capability to deliver solutions to Support Shared Service Operations.
