1. Candidate should have minimum 7 - 12 Years of total experience with 3 Years of experience in Genesys.
2. Demonstrated (reference able) professional consulting, implementation and solutions implementation experience with a specific focus on Genesys based solutions.
3. A minimum of 10 years contact center consulting experience.
4. Demonstrated ability to lead and drive an implementation from discovery through production rollout.
5. One or more Genesys v7 or Genesys v8 certifications such as GCP-CIV, GCP-DIV, GCP-CSIP or GCP-GVP.
6. Strong presentation and communications skills appropriate for multiple levels of an organization.
7. Strong troubleshooting skills.
8. Ability to take initiative.
1. Experience within the Healthcare and Financial verticals.
2. Experience with one or more of the following technologies (Verint, NICE, Aspect WFM, Empirix, Nuance).
3. Experience with full lifecycle implementation of Genesys WFM.
4. Experience with full lifecycle implementation of Genesys Advisor
5. Open to work in US Shifts
