Working within the New Product Development process, will deliver an end to end customer experience, across the product lifecycle, aligned with Vodafone brand and industry best practice.
Responsible for feasibility, design and timely transition to in-life of Enterprise Products service solutions/operating models driven by customer experience and cost-to-serve.
Interpretation of commercial product / business requirements into impacts and requirements on operational processes and IT
Cooperating with and coordinating different departments of the company at central and local level, e.g Product Management, Legal & Regulatory, operational support and obtain necessary support for the definition of service solution proposals.
Supporting the selection of suppliers to deliver shared & managed services: define requirements, select supplier, and participate in contract negotiation.
Able to manage small to medium scale service delivery for centrally provided/supported enterprise products
Core competencies :
Proven knowledge of, and process design experience within core Telecom operational processes & related systems (ITIL, eTOM)
Ability to relate fixed network technology, processes, IT and people/organisation to provide a coherent solution with a strong focus on the customer experience
Strong facilitation and negotiation skills, having worked within multi-disciplinary virtual teams, ideally in the telecoms or IT sector, providing complex solutions
Preparation and review of business cases including people, processes and technology costs
