Job Description

Primary Skills:

6 to 8 years of hands-on experience

* Agile, TDD, Pair Programming, Defect Management Systems, Version Control, object-oriented analysis,
* Working on C,C++ in windows domain
* Proficient with Multithreading, Design patterns.
* Knowledge of data structures, OOPS, STL
* Good debugging skills
* Should have a detailed knowledge of product architecture and design.
* Responsible for reviewing product/release requirements
* Responsible for preparing & reviewing high level documents, Use case doc, code review, etc.
* Should have holistic view of all the components of the product and is responsible for providing inputs for impact analysis
* Participate in dividing features into smaller requirements / stories
* Prepare the ROM and estimates for requirements / stories
* Responsible for software design documents.
* Independently handle coding/testing/packaging tasks.
* Responsible for identifying alternate solutions for design and implementation
* Participate in project artifact deliveries
* Understand, follow and enforce best practices (for example: coding guidelines), applicable processes and tools.
* Participate in reviewing customer documentation
* Prepare High level design for the functionality.
* Ensure Development of critical components.
* Review functional

* Self-sufficient, capable of identifying key issues and priorities and focusing on these to deliver required results with minimal direction and supervision.
* Demonstrates a degree of flexibility in resolving problems/issues that attest to in-depth command of all techniques, processes, tools and standards within the relevant field of specialization.

Base Requirements

* Full-time Bachelor and/or Master degree in engineering (or MCA) with a minimum of 60% grade

* The ability to work independently and in small teams, partner effectively cross-group, and manage multiple priorities and deliverables concurrently

* Demonstrated ability and experience in the entire product development cycle: from design, implementation, and debugging, to shipping and maintenance

Specific Domain Requirements:

* Expertise or exposure to EMV or EMV kernel development
* Some experience with the following will be a plus: Payment Systems, POS, Payment applications, Bankcards, Authorization & related technology
* Exposure to the following will add weight: Experience in payments, financial transactions, emerging transactions, EMV payments, and mobile payments
