Work with MFS Application Support, OGS Testing, Infra and Delivery teams to identify, triage, research and resolve defects within SLAs commitments.
Vast production experience & understanding of procedures
Drive ticket triage and prioritization for the OGS team across all customers with Qpass Support Managers
Provide guidance and act as a resource to team members for technical assistance in troubleshooting issues or architectural design questions
Lead troubleshooting calls with customers
Develop an understanding of the Customers business applications.
Troubleshoot defects in complex J2EE implementation.
Maintain architectural-level technical knowledge of Qpass software and systems.
Mentor and train employees on tools, techniques, technologies, and methodologies appropriate for the job.

Use J2EE technologies (EJBs, JSPs, JMS, servlets) to build and extend custom software components

5+ years of hands on experience with Java and J2EE.
2+ years of experience in leading technical task
Experience developing on UNIX platforms required, preferably RedHat Linux.
Desirable experience: SOAP, XML/XSL, UML, SQL, Struts, Weblogic, Tomcat, Apache, ClearCase, Maven, mySQL, Oracle.
Proven experience in managing and troubleshooting issues for linux/J2EE enterprise applications.
Experience with the full software development lifecycle.
Good problem solver will take the lead in jumping into a problem with the eye toward finding a solution.
