Understanding of Processes for workflow and related cycle time metrics.
Handling the bug fix requests includes one or more of below activities:
Changes/Addition in the metrics or dimensions in OBI Administrator
Report level changes.
Object and data level security implementation.
Debugging and tracing back the existing Informatica mappings and workflows.
Maintaining RPD for PROD, QA and Development.
Service Requests mainly related to security settings for the users and groups for HR and A&F.
Supporting the dashboard requests for A&F.
Supporting the dashboard requests for A&F Reporting project (Custom built BI App).
Automation and Monitoring of Jobs.
Assisting the users in UAT.
Software Quality management skill set, to design/draft/document comprehensive test cases.
Ability to perform root cause analysis and Incident management.
Knowledge of Data Protection rules PII / PCI.
OBIEE upgrade & Migration experience.
Trained in ODI.
Minimum of 5 years experience in OBI EE Presentation Specialist.
Tools & Skills: OBI Answers, Reports, DAC, Toad for Oracle, Dashboards, Reports, Analytical Skills
System administration experience

Exposure to PeopleSoft HRMS, A&F Systems
