Role & Responsibilities:
- First level on investigation of any issue (all integration requests, client issues, data requests, JIRA support issues)
- Providing support to clients (Internal/External) on call/emails directly and providing resolution and steps.
- Managing and updating different scripts as per daily basis process.
- Coordination for system and software releases with development team and manage the gaps in Implantation or risk assessment.
- Troubleshooting areas of performance and identifies effective solutions to resolve issues both immediate and for the longer term.
- Work closely with all level of operations.
- Generates reports based on client (Internal/External) request.
- Experience on any of Ticketing tool, preferable JIRA.
- Good experience/ knowledge on any of the programming Language like python/PHP/ Java/C/C++
Qualification - B.Tech/MCA or similar
