Candidate should have 4-6 years of working experience in the functional area as Oracle CRM consultant
To be familiar in configuring & associated setup towards service request, automatic creation of service requests.
Should have at least 2 full cycle implementations
Knowledge in setting up Knowledge management, charges .
Knowledge in ITIL flows would be desirable.
Automating the entire sales cycle, including account and contact management, opportunity management, forecasting and pipeline analysis, and order management.
Should have knowledge in comprehensive customer and contact management, lead, opportunity management, quote and order generation Strong expertise in Contract Authoring and Administration ,Pricing and Billing, Contract Change Management, Contract Renewal Knowledge in Setting up& Using of Territories, Dispatchers, Technicians , Dispatch centre, Advanced Scheduler, Field service technician Portal.
Should be familiar with the Service Request to Resolution Process ,Dispatch to Debrief Process
Should be familiar with Spares Logistics, Creating Part Requirements and Technician Order, Defining and managing defective and excess p arts Creation and maintenance of install Base instances, familiarity with integrations ,counters and knowledge in processing error s Custom data management with fair knowledge in Trading Community Architecture(TCA)
Good Working Knowledge in configuring Resource Manager, Notes, Development Tools(Gantt Chart, Spread Table), Assignment Manager, Task Manager, Calendar (HTML and Forms-based),Escalation Manager, Business Rule Monitor towards the business needs Relevant Experience
Must be familiar with Oracle AIM templates and methodology Hands on experience in performing setup and configuration
Minimum work experience: 4-8 Years
