Minimum of 7 to 12 years experience working with various Oracle PeopleSoft HCM projects
Minimum two Peoplesoft HCM 9.0 to 9.2 Upgrade Project experience
Minimum 3 End to End PeopleSoft HCM 9.0/9.1/9.2 Implementations
Well versed with Peoplesoft Upgrade Process.
Should have managed end to end Upgrade Projects.
Should be aware of methodology, planning and execution of Upgrade Projects.
Should have experience in People Tools 8.4x and 8.5x
Expertise in Application Designer, People Code, SQR, Application Engine, COBOL, PS Query, SQL, Crystal and nVision, Integration Broker, BI Publisher, Workflow/AWE
Good understanding of PeopleSoft Table structures, ER diagrams
Experience in integration points of PS modules and interfaces with third party apps
Understand and support end to end implementation project activities right from Requirements, Data conversion to GO Live Activities
Should be able to understand, design, test new custom Processes, Interfaces, Reports as per Business requirements
Experience using a systematic approach for problem analysis and resolution as well as the resourceful evaluation of solution alternatives.
