Air Flow Control
DIAGNSTOICS of Powertrain (OBD II )
Application specific software requirement analysis
Development of selected engine control features including necessary OBD2 diagnostic, off board diagnostic communication using workflow
Simulink/Hand-code design for engine controls features
Functional and coverage validation using model in loop simulation
Software in loop validation functional and coverage for functions which are developed using MBD
Unit testing using Windows based simulation framework for functions which are developed using C
Integration of newly developed software with baseline build to ensure newly developed software has no integration issues
Hardware in loop validation for selected engine control features
Support in calibration development activities
Multiple Throttle Bodies
Multiple Air Meters
1) Charge Control.
2) Throttle device control.
3) Charge determination.
4) Vacuum control for brake booster.
5) Charge motion control (This function is only if there is variable length manifold).
6) Exhaust Gas recirculation (EGR). etc.
o Multiple High Pressure Pumps
o Multiple Knock Sensors
All associated changes will include the necessary Diagnostics
o Functional / system diagnostics for US OBD2 regulation
o Off-board diagnostic communication requirements
