Job Description

Role/Job Description:
Oracle HRMS -
Good understanding of the Buisness Processes.
Abiltity to understand functional requirementand develop technical design.
Depth of knowledge in Oracle BI Reports, OracleApplication APIs.
Understanding basic business processes.Definite plus if its Oracl HRMS
Write Technical Specification / Migration documents.
PSFT HRMS -
Worked on at least two implementation project
Good working knowledge of People Tools.
Ability to understand functional spec and write technical spec
Good knowledge of basic HRMS tables.
Knowledge of XML Publisher is an add-on.
Working experience in RICEW Reports, Interface, Conversion, Enhancement, Workflow
Good knowledge of software development lifecycles and structured project development methodology.
Experience in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design -OOAD is preferred.

Key Skills:
Oracle HRMS -
Oracle Technical Experience in atleast two or more of the following areas Developing RICEW objects in Oracle Application Implementations, Reports, PL/SQL, Oracle Application Framework & Workflows. Experience HRMS implementations &Fusion awareness is a definite plus
Designing, building & testing complex interfaces
Ability to build/review technical design specification documents
Abitlity to build objects and deliver with minimal issues.
PSFT HRMS -
Technical Experience in at least four or more of the following tools App Designer, Component Interface, People Code, App Engine, SQR, PS Query, XML Publisher, SQL, Data Mover, File Layout, Integration Broker.
Project Migration Knowledge, understanding of basic HRMS tables.
Working experience in RICEW Reports, Interface, Conversion, Enhancement, Workflow
Ability to understand functional design specification documents and writing technical spec
Excellent SQL skills
Experience:
4-12 years of experience in Oracle or Peoplesoft HRMS (Technical).
