Basically we need someone who is an expert in implementing these technologies and knows how to drive a dev-ops project. we need an expert who is diligent, proactive, can come up with solutions face the customer and other vendors explain them tools that he would want to propose and make sure that he is able to convince the customer and implement those things and give us an upper hand.

5-7 years of Linux administration and engineering experience including a deep understanding of the Linux networking stack at the kernel level.
Extensive knowledge of modern virtualization technologies (KVM knowledge is a plus)
Having led, or participated in, the implementation of at least one configuration management solution (Chef, Puppet, Salt Stack, etc.).
Experience prior experience designing, monitoring, and supporting a large-scale, redundant, serving infrastructure (i.e., thousands of systems).
You can do some real programming, with a variety of languages such as bash, perl, python, java, ruby.
