- Responsible for creating functional and technical specifications based on business and/or technical requirements. Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. Working closely with existing team to help them with best practices, patterns, ways of development. Manages day-to-day client communications and interactions.Manages day-to-day operational aspects of project and scope.Possesses good understanding in the areas of Call Center Technologies, Database, Servers and Networking.To manage Microsoft .Net based projects in terms of quality, schedules, effort and risk.Good communicator (facilitation, presentation, verbal and written).
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience in planning, organizing, and executing projects of varying complexity, delivering them within specified timeframes and budgets. Experience facilitating requirements gathering sessions and establishing task prioritization.2+ years experience on technical project teams in a Call Center 2+ Year (minimum) of experience in IT support in MS .Net Technologies. Working knowledge and technical experience in Aspect Dialer (Unified IP 6.6) or any other dialer technology
Ease of working in Night Shifts6 day a week
Shift: 24*7 shifts (preferably NIGHT Shifts).
