Position Functions or Responsibilities :
1. Sound knowledge in .NET framework (C#, VB & ASP). Should have experience working in .NET 2.0, 3.0 frameworks.
2. Hands on working on AJAX 2.0 & higher
3. Should have worked in SQL Server & Oracle databases. Knowledge on SSRS is a plus.
4. Good written & communication skills
5. Should have prior experience working & dealing with customers over the phone
6. Good communication & written skills
7. Should be able to take ownership of a request & work without any handholding
8. Willingness to work in a Support project without any inhibitions. Should be able to adapt to changing customer/ project needs on demand.
9. Should possess good troubleshooting & technical & analytical skills
