5-7 years of Extensive Implementation/up gradation/Development knowledge on Remedy Versions(7.6.x/8.1)
5+ years of experience using BMC Remedy Developer Studio to customize forms, fields, overlay, workflows and related system components
5+ years of experience administering BMC Remedy Action Request (AR) platform and Mid-Tier Web Servers versions 7.6x or 8.1.
Strong knowledge on read/write/append using SQL queries on Database.
Strong knowledge on using Web Services and integrating BMC ITSM Suite with Third Party Tools like Cisco Request Center/HPSM/Maximo etc.
