Job Description

Core Requirements:

-Minimum of 8 to 12 years experience working with various Oracle PeopleSoft HCM projects
-Minimum two Peoplesoft HCM 9.0 to 9.2 Upgrade Project experience
-Minimum 3 End to End PeopleSoft HCM 9.0/9.1/9.2 Implementations
-Well versed with Peoplesoft Upgrade Process.
-Should have managed end to end Upgrade Projects.
-Should be aware of methodology, planning and execution of Upgrade Projects.
-Should have experience in People Tools 8.4x and 8.5x
-Expertise in Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, Application Engine, COBOL, PS Query, SQL, -rystal and nVision, Integration Broker, BI Publisher, Workflow/AWE
-Good understanding of PeopleSoft Table structures, ER diagrams
-Experience in integration points of PS modules and interfaces with third party apps
-Understand and support end to end implementation project activities right from Requirements, Data conversion to GO Live Activities
-Should be able to understand, design, test new custom Processes, Interfaces, Reports as per Business requirements
-Experience using a systematic approach for problem analysis and resolution as well as the resourceful evaluation of solution alternatives.

Other Requirements:

-Basic Knowledge of HCM Modules Core HRMS, Workforce Administration, Security Administration, Tree Manager.
-Able to deliver with quality products under multiple deadlines.
-Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
-Should have worked with Global Clients
-Must be able to work with minimum guidance
-Must be able to guide and mentor junior team members
-Should be able to coordinate with distributed global teams (business users, on site, offshore, developers).
-Good Documentation skills Functional Specifications, Business Requirements, Process Flows, Test Scenarios, User Manuals, Training documents
