Job Description

As an Oracle Middleware Architect and Developer, you must have in-depth knowledge and rich hands-on experience with Oracle Middleware and Web Services Technologies with a proven leadership skills and ability to lead on critical technical issue and achieve the desired results. You will be single point of contact for all Oracle Middleware and Web Services related Development and Technical Support issues.

Your mission

As a member of the Multifonds Middleware and Web Services Development Group, your responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

* Oracle Middleware Server Installing, Configuring, Optimizing and Maintaining for all internal Middleware installation and Development activities

* Analyze technical requirements, defining the most efficient and appropriate usage of technologies. This also includes reviewing assessments, requirements and technical design

* Design, Develop, Implement and document the interfaces and workflows for complex requirements by applying expert level understanding of Middleware best practices (administration, automation, installation, messaging, and user management)

* Conducting Unit and System testing to ensure design is still relevant and implementation is producing a useful, maintainable, performing and reliable product

* Maintain and enhance scripts to manage Middleware platform in an automated way (Embedded Scripts)

* Providing time estimation for product releases, managing timelines and tracking the progress status & related issues

* Providing Technical L3 Support to Client Technical consultants and Developers to install and/or troubleshoot the Middleware / Web Services related issues in customer and in-house production environment and also performing the Root Cause Analysis

* Mentoring and training other team members by introducing them to new technologies, methods, and learning resources

Your profile

* A Degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent stream with 7 - 9 years of proven experience in managing technology projects

* Rich hands-on experience with at least one Full Life Cycle project adhering to Software Development Life Cycle procedures (Requirements Gathering, Requirements Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Production Deployment and Maintenance Support)

* Very Good Knowledge of Oracle Middleware Architecture, Weblogic Server with strong hands-on development experience and ability to install, configure, optimize and maintain the Oracle Middleware environment

* Very Good hands-on experience with Java/J2EE, Oracle SOA Suite (including Oracle BPEL Manager), ADF, JDeveloper, IDM, XSL, XSLT processor(s), XML, XML Schemas, JMS, Web Services standards, SOAP, WSDL, Web Services Security

* Very Good Knowledge of Forms & Reports technology

* Very Good Knowledge of Windows 64 bits operating system (Red Hat Linux would be a plus)

* Very Good Knowledge of scripting language like Perl

* Strong Knowledge of Oracle Database (11g) with strong hands-on working knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL

* Preferably Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) in Weblogic Server

* Ability to communicate in an international business environment with excellent spoken and written English level

* An independent and strong team player with the ability to mentor and guide the team
