Job profile :
-Design and deliver rapid solution prototypes / models to establish the long term value added relationship with the client organization
-Generate highly sophisticated diagnostic analysis, summarizing conclusions and recommendations
-Develop and automate predictive modeling processes that can be deployed through the organization to solve reoccurring analytics needs.
-Collaborate with the client to generate ideas and strategies based upon data-driven insights and recommendations
-Craft and deliver post-campaign reports for presentation to a diverse client base with a varying degree of complexity
-Collaborate with the various functions in the organizations and the client organization to sharpen the customer centric strategy across consumer businesses and Identify and address key pain points via analytics based decision making to improve top and bottom line business performance.
Desired candidate should have;
- 1 - 8 years of experience in analytics based consulting for leading global-local clients , across client engagement and delivery roles
-Experience analytics solutions
-Experience of :Core analytics skills e.g. Logistic & Linear Regression, Segmentation, Decision Trees, Time Series Forecasting, Market Mix Modeling, Text mining, geo spatial analytics etc. across any of the key verticals: Retail , BFSI , Travel & Leisure, Automotive , Manufacturing & Utilities
-And analytic functions like CRM & Loyalty Management , Marketing Effectiveness , Customer experience, Pricing, Channel, Product analytics, Sales effectiveness, Network/Distribution, Operational/Service, Supply Chain analytics using tools e.g. Base SAS, Enterprise guide, Knowledge Studio, SAS Text Miner, SAS GIS, SPSS, R , SQL, Tableau, Hadoop etc and techniques e.g.
-Masters Degree from leading management / statistics / econometrics institutes
-Strong analytical skills are required, including the ability to analyze raw data
