Job Description

As Manager, Social Media Strategy, you will be responsible for the following:

Develop a strong team to innovate on behalf of the Customer
Partner with key stakeholders to develop a vision for social support
Define product roadmaps with your team based on that strategy
Work closely with design, engineering, usability, marketing, public relations, legal and program management teams both within customer service and across the company to test and launch features and products
Partner with field operations on creating an exceptional service experience
Manage priorities and trade-offs among customer experience, performance and operational support
Write narratives to influence peers and senior management
A successful candidate will have experience with customer-facing products or services, experience operating in social media, a broad perspective on the overall customer experience, show creativity and innovation, and drive projects with urgency in this fast-paced environment
