Job Description

Responsibilities:

Oversee the company's social media strategy in collaboration with Marketing leadership
Collaborate with Marketing teams to develop and execute social elements of integrated campaigns
Optimize campaigns for more effective demand generation results
Collaborate with the Creative team to develop and distribute different types of content via designated social channels
Manage the social editorial calendar
Ensure authenticity and consistency of the company's brand and social voice
Interact with and engage target audiences; help to foster relationships with key influencers
Educate, activate and enable Cornerstone teams, clients and other parties to help in amplifying the company's social presence
Monitor company and industry presence, perceptions and conversations on various online channels
Track, measure and report results; use data to optimize and evolve our social marketing strategies
Be our social media expert, staying on top of the latest social media trends, technologies and best practices for increasing the effectiveness of our social marketing strategy

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing or a related field
4-6 years of communications, marketing, PR or journalism experience, with at least 2 years of experience growing and engaging communities through social media
Proven track record driving social programs that have delivered measurable results
Strong written, verbal communications skills and interpersonal skills; a quick, clever and authentic social voice
Must be strategic, creative and have the ability to distil several ideas into compelling content
Has a passion for storytelling in short form, using video, graphics, emerging channels and more
Experience with various marketing and social measurement tools and platforms
Results-driven, operates well under pressure and is proactive in managing expectations
Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to work in an open, collaborative, fast-paced environment
Enthusiastic, flexible team player with a positive attitude
