Purpose of the Job
The Lead Business Excellence function in the organization is to generate value through improved performance, more effective and efficient business processes, provide recommendations to improve processes. Lead Project management of high profile programmes to deliver added value for the organization as a key member of the business excellence team. The job requires occasional travel for strategic & review meetings.
Key account-abilities and decision ownership:
a) Accountable for identifying and driving Continuous Improvement initiatives that result in quantitative and qualitative improvements to costs, quality, speed and service of Shared Services operations. Gathers issues, complaints to identify process improvement needs. Identifies process gaps, manages root cause analysis. Uses 3D approach to improve processes, provide advisory services to Group Entities or Local Markets
b) Support metrics development to increase data driven decision making. Takes an active leadership role in monitoring key processes and gathering best practices
c) Develop presentations to communicate issues and recommendations to management. Communicates opportunities, results and issues to various audiences. Documents business processes.
d) Lead medium to significant size projects. Communicates stakeholder requirements, facilitates delivery of project objectives, tracks progress. Identifies solutions to issues and risks, communicates status.

Candidate Profile: Graduates / Engineers / MBAs with 10-15 years of relevant experience. Must be certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
a) Project management & delivery expertise. Familiar with quality and business excellence tools and approaches such as TQM, Lean, 5S, TOC etc
b) Stakeholder management skills (at senior level), communication/ negotiation/ influencing / presentation skills
c) experience of data analytics, statistics, data insights reporting
