5 years design experience in designing printed circuit boards and HFSS simulation
3+ years experience in ANSYS HFSS, ANSYS Designer, Ansys Q3D
Qualification:- Bachelors degree in EE / Electronics / Physics
The Signal Integrity Engineer is to be a major contributor in the design and development of high speed multi-gigabit cable assemblies. The candidate will create and perform SI modeling and simulation for high speed cable assemblies. A qualified candidate is expected to understand signal integrity issues for high-speed digital applications, and apply this knowledge to cable assembly designs. Candidate should be a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and employs creative problem solving.
Roles and Responsibility:-
Develop models with ANSOFT HFSS electromagnetic field solvers.
Ensure the accuracy of models used for simulation by conducting laboratory correlation studies using vector network analyzers, sampling oscilloscopes, and TDR.
Interface with the development teams in the design and implementation of high speed cable assemblies. Multi-discipline team includes customers, suppliers, electrical, mechanical, manufacturing, quality, and marketing.
Supports mechanical engineering, production, and quality in the development and implementation of work instructions, bill of materials, and routers for new and ongoing products.
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, that demonstrate the ability to express complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
Understand, support and contribute to current Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Develop ANSOFT HFSS Simulation Models which correlate to laboratory testing.
Implement products through the requirements of our customers qualification development tests, UL, and environmental testing.
Completes projects according to internal product development procedures and ISO/QS requirements.
Extensive knowledge of the design of active RF/High Speed Electronics circuitry, transmission line circuitry, and PCB design analysis.
Experience with EMC/EMI tests and compliance
