Experience of 8 to 12 Years in the field of Data Center Operations/ IT Operation, preferably in Large
IDC/ Large IT Infrastructure Setup/ Mission Critical IT Infrastructure in Telecom or Banking.
Experience 4-5years should be in IDCs IT Infrastructure and 3+ years should be in a leadership role.
Must have at least 2 3 years of Incident, Problem and Change Management Experience in Data Center Operations Environment.
Should have technical OEM certifications for IDC products or technologies (Servers, Storage, Network & Security, Visualization, etc.)
Familiarization with Enterprise Service Management tools for automated testing, Monitoring (for OS, Network, Applications, etc.), Event correlation engines, Service desk (ITIL compliance, workflow and Self Service), etc.
Must have ITIL Certification.
Minimum of 5-6 years hands-on technical operations experience in one or more domains required.
Minimum of 3 years leading a technical operations team encompassing one or more of the required domains.
Documentation and process control knowledge. Should be familiar with processes & implementations of ISO 20K (QMS)/ Six Sigma/ ISO 27K/ SAS 70, BCP & DR etc.
Education: B.E/B.Tech in Electronics/ Computers/ IT/ Electronics & Telecommunication/ or other relevant streams.
Degree in Management (MBA).
