# Experience in building/ architecting business applications
# Ability to identify and define non-functional requirements and design systems to meet the same
# Good skills in selecting and applying design patterns
# Experience in building and deploying enterprise level web based applications
# Ability to build working prototypes early in development life cycle and validate non-functional requirements
# Ability to mentor development teams in complex technical aspects of applications
# A breast of latest technologies & tools and ability to evaluate and select appropriate tools and technologies as per the requirements
KEY SKILLS :
# Experience in OOAD and Design Patterns
# Exposure using tools like Team Foundation Server (TFS 2010/12).
# Exposure to Unit Testing frameworks like NUnit, MSTest and/or Mocking Frameworks
# Understanding of agile software development practices, especially Lean and TDD
# Ability to re-factor and debug source code and usage of supporting tools like Resharper, FxCop etc.
# Experience of using SharePoint 2010/2013, ASP.NET and C#.Net
# A good understanding of SharePoint development including workflows SharePoint designer and templates.
# Experience in planning, designing, deploying and supporting enterprise SharePoint implementations.
# Experience with Microsoft SQL configuration and administration
# Knowledge of Active Directory including LDAP.
# Experience in utilizing Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2010 (MOSS 2010), Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 (WSS 3.0), SharePoint Designer 2010 and Visual Studio 2012/.Net
# Experience with IIS configuration and administration.
# Inter-personal skills, good communication skills and team player.
